Confidentiality Agreement
I respect the law of confidentiality, all my relationships with my clients as well as client information are private. Unless I receive written permission to consult wlith other professionals (Lawyers, Psychiatrists, etc...). If
there is an exception from the list below, you will know how I am handling it before anything happens. My relationship with my clients is most important.
Exceptions include
- If I feel you are intending to end your own life, I will help you get into a hospital
- If a child, elderly adult, or disabled adult is being hurt
